The hotel’s location is good, the pool is beautiful, and the sun loungers are very nice. The breakfast area gets too crowded for so many people, so they need more staff; with high occupancy you really need extra help. The bed was bad – we asked for two mattresses and got only one.

Parking is bad. The only underground garage costs €15 per day and the entrance is very tight.

The architecture is beautiful. The only problem is that you can’t pay cash for food and drinks when you order.

The breakfast buffet is good with plenty of choices. The beach is gravel and the sun loungers are sometimes poor.

The staff were friendly and the beach location is convenient, but the hotel feels very old and poorly maintained; several fixtures in the room are broken, such as the shower head holder and balcony door lock. At breakfast, crowds make it noisy, and the poolside drinks from the vending machine taste awful. Overall we’re disappointed with this supposed ☆☆☆☆ place; the only thing that matches this rating is the high price, and the photos we saw before booking gave us a false impression of a clean, attractive hotel.
