Le cadre du palais, la situation très proche du centre ville, la possibilité de parking (payant) la propreté de la chambre. les bruits de la rue, notre chambre étant située de ce côté malgré le double vitrage peuvent en déranger certains mais la nuit est relativement calme dans le quartier. c'est un petit détail
