The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and a good variety of evening meals that were freshly cooked. The EV charger on site was very useful, and the advice on catching the bus into San Sebastian was spot on, though the drive there was tricky. Nothing really stood out negatively; it’s a bit isolated but has everything you need.

The breakfast was very complete and varied. The professionalism, empathy, and attention of the waitresses (at any shift) were exceptional. The service they provide is outstanding. The menu in the MP regime could be improved.

The place offered good value and plenty of space, but there was no iron in the room, the bar shut early, and the staff seemed a bit rude.
