I liked the neighborhood, but the rooms feel outdated and could use an upgrade.

The room was spacious with plenty of counter space, a fridge, and a stove (though I never used it), yet it was very dirty—stove and floors visibly soiled, and being on the second floor with no elevator was inconvenient.

The price was very reasonable and the location outside the major cities made it fairly quiet. However, the room had extensive damage—from the curtains to the walls—and the floors were so sticky that my sandals stuck to them, causing my foot to get stuck and come out of the sandal. The handicap railing in the bathtub was broken, which would be problematic for someone with a disability.

It seemed some rooms were being rented by the state for displaced people, creating an awkward, troublesome crowd outside and strange transactions. It was the closest place to the event I attended.
