I can't rate the staff because check‑in was self‑service and all other communication happened online; the online contact was quick and straightforward, no further assistance was needed. The location is nice with a view of the small valley, and the walk to the town center of Almograve is short. No complaints.

Overall the house is pretty nice and the bed is comfortable, but there are a number of minor issues that I can overlook: the room has no storage space, so you can't even put your phone on the nightstand; the washing machine is poorly maintained and completely moldy, and the laundry afterward smelled worse than before. The house is a bit hard to find because Google Maps doesn't locate it correctly. What really annoyed me was the communication with the owner: we had no gas, so the whole house had to take cold showers and we couldn't cook; we and all other guests were left with our groceries and unable to cook. Since we were traveling with just a backpack, we had to throw everything away. The host has not responded to my message to this day, which is simply unacceptable.

“Good place for one night along the fishermen‘s trail”

The location on the fishermen's trail is good and the apartment is very clean, but the room is quite small and the mattress isn't the most comfortable.
