The house décor and the reception staff’s very good attitude were highlights, but the room’s acoustic insulation was lacking; otherwise everything was in perfect condition.

The hostel was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of all restaurants, the center, and the lake. It sits on a quiet street and has a relaxing garden spot beside a koi pond that’s a beautiful place on the property; the décor is not just functional but stylish. The staff were kind and helpful.

The house was truly dreamy! The bathroom was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a good shower. Every detail shows care, especially the cleanliness. The bedrooms have heating, making it ideal for winter stays in a cozy space. The bed was made, a towel and a fortune cookie awaited me—what a great start! I didn’t use all the facilities because I only stayed two nights, but I know the staff would help if I needed anything. The value for money was excellent. I spent two weeks in Chile and stayed at three different hostels; this was by far the best. I recommend it and would return without hesitation!

The shared areas are pleasant, and the room was huge and super comfy for two people. Everything was spotless, which made the stay feel really nice. I didn’t run into any issues at all.
