Clean and dependable. The option to join a defined room is tough for a large family.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Coffee quality was quite good. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities. The floors in our room did not look that clean. The room needs a deep cleaning once in a while. I realize that there is a shortage of cleaning staff so they have to rush through their cleaning. I’m sure that they are doing the best they can. I hope IHG can provide more support to housecleaning staff and do quarterly deep cleaning (baseboards, windowsills, HVAC units)
