The hotel’s service was really good, but the location was a bit far from the center.

The hotel isn’t the same as the pictures anymore because of the years, but it was nice that they upgraded us to a suite. We stayed six nights, had decent breakfast, the carpet in the room was a bit dirty but they kept changing towels and linens, overall it was good. The carpet had stains and the location was a bit far from the center, though cheap taxis are plentiful.

The rooms are big, the place is very quiet, the breakfast is good, and the staff are polite.

The staff and room size were fine, but the breakfasts were awful for a four‑star hotel and totally unacceptable; the place is already tired and needs repairs.

We would like to sincerely thank Qafqaz City Hotel & Residences for a wonderful stay. The hotel is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. Most importantly for us, the location is excellent — very central and convenient, making it easy to reach the main attractions and areas of the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable! Thank you Farid and Fidan
