The building was very clean. There was a lot of noise even with the door closed, especially when someone was in the kitchen.

Self‑check‑in, parking, spotless rooms, courteous remote assistance from the owner, and a breakfast set up in the kitchen. The room is fine for short stays, otherwise it feels a bit small. It’s closer to Melito Irpino than Grottaminarda. Fresh croissants instead of packaged ones would be appreciated for breakfast.
