I booked because it was close to my son’s training centre, but the place wasn’t what the pictures showed; the road was non‑existent and in bad shape so we couldn’t drive there, there was no parking, the property wouldn’t even let Indians with PIO in, my son had a course in Chennai to attend and they didn’t allow him in with his mother even though we showed Aadhaar card and Indian OCI passport, and they refused to refund, claiming we were foreigners.
