The location is very good, right next to National Route 58, with a convenience store within 30 m, a clean feel, and very friendly staff; the nearby Yui Rail station was also a plus. The downside is the noise from the exhaust of modified vehicles and the sirens of emergency vehicles along Route 58.

“Excellent hotel, great value.”

The place is near the ferry terminal, Lea Lea Okinawa, restaurants, Family Mart for supplies, 7‑11 for ramen 🍜, a shop selling all kinds of Kamabokues, and a supermarket—everything is close! The roads are flat, no slopes, and a taxi is just outside the main door. I have heart disease, and Smile Hotel made my life easier! Special thanks to Shook for great English and customer service; the reception manager on the last day was excellent and even checked in the breakfast area. Breakfast was great with an excellent variety. The only downside was that I wasn’t warned about repairs on the outside and I should get the commission refunded to my credit card.

I stayed in a single room and liked how spacious the bed was. I would have appreciated having two sets of towels for a one‑night stay.

“Pratique, propre et fonctionnel”

The hotel is quite well located, the reception is friendly and can speak English if needed. The room is functional and generally clean, with a small fridge, kettle, and tea supplies. Accessories such as cotton swabs, bathrobes, razors… are available at the entrance, and a hair dryer is in the room. There’s also a microwave on the second floor for reheating meals. The corridors have a cigarette smell.
