The views were amazing and the room felt comfortable, but the staff kept contradicting each other about what was available inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast was a let‑down: only a few cereals and toast as the sole hot option. The on‑site restaurant never had a chef, so we had to eat out in the evening; the receptionist mentioned the chef was absent the night before but gave no explanation, which seemed odd. The hotel description didn’t warn us that we’d need to walk half an hour to catch a bus or reach a shop, forcing us to rely on pricey taxis—both of us are visually impaired and don’t drive. All in all, it felt more like a two‑star bed and breakfast than a 3‑star hotel.
