“Enticing pictures don't present reality”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this resort, despite its lovely pool and convenient location. Unfortunately, our room fell far short of expectations, lacking a fridge and balcony as promised. The breakfast was also a letdown, with cold, low-quality meats and eggs that were barely edible. We were offered a partial refund, but it didn't make up for the overall poor value we received.

“I would not return”

This self-service chalet was a decent choice for us, mainly because we were driving and needed a convenient pit-stop. We enjoyed the scenic views from the hilltop location and the peaceful surroundings. However, the resort's pictures were outdated, and the furniture was worn and weathered. The village nearby was functional but not tourist-friendly, and we had to rely on our own transportation to get around.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, thanks to its warm and extremely helpful staff. It felt like home, and I've never felt as comfortable in any other accommodation in Thailand. I would definitely book here again and even extended my stay, which speaks volumes about the place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, I loved waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning. However, I was a bit disappointed with the condition of my room, as it wasn't fully prepared for my stay and had quite a few damaged items. Overall, it was an average stay, with some great moments and some not-so-great ones.
