Room was warm ,clean and comfortable. Shower over the bath was not easy to use, in fact I couldn’t use it at all

The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was unbeatable. The on‑site restaurant served a fairly good breakfast. Front desk staff were very accommodating with both check‑in and check‑out times. However, the room next door had a TV on all night and the sound seeped through the wall, keeping me awake the whole night.

Breakfast really good standard. Eat in resteraunt and the food was top notch and reasonable. Convenient to town centre , but quiert

The historic building has plenty of character, and the bedroom was very spacious with a comfortable king bed. Breakfast choices were excellent and the cooked dishes met a high standard. The bathroom fittings were poorly maintained: the shower temperature control was broken (the part that should regulate the temperature fell off when I held it), the water was so hot I could barely manage a shower, and water leaked onto the floor beneath the screen.
