The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. However, when I booked the room I made sure the pool was good because my 2 year old granddaughter was with me and when we got there was told the pool was down. My granddaughter was devastated. And the door room 317 the deadbolt is very difficult to engage.
