The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the tiki bar was fun—I was there for my sister’s wedding and served as one of her bridesmaids. However, the sheets were not comfortable, there was loud traffic noise both nights, the breakfast eggs were overcooked, the staff were unfriendly and slow to serve, a tiki bar server asked if we needed more drinks and then walked away before we could answer, the pool needed cleaning, and the scheduled shuttles were mixed up on the day of the wedding, which was crucial for getting the bridal party and several guests to the venue.
