Breakfast, hygiene, and maintenance were lacking.

The location was fine, but the hotel was in terrible shape: the hallways were littered with rubbish, the lifts were broken, breakfast lacked hot items and coffee cups were missing, bathrooms had mould, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
