We absolutely loved this hotel and will return! The property itself is stunning, the room was spacious and beautiful, and the gym and spa were next‑level. The staff were the best—special thanks to Roberto, Elena, Simona, Gaia, Aurora, Rudolfo, Cosimo, Adella, and Bogdan for making our stay magical. Nothing was missing; we loved everything.

Todo genial. No me gusto el ruido que hace el aire acondicionado para calentar/enfriar habitación

I stayed for two weeks while taking a language course in Florence. From check‑in to check‑out the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and I appreciated housekeeping that refreshed the room in the morning and turned it down in the evening. Breakfast was great—good choices of hot and cold food, fruit, yoghurts, juices, etc. I also tried the lunch and dinner menus and the overall quality of food in the restaurant stayed consistently high. Literally a 3 or 4 minute walk to the Duomo; it couldn’t be better located for everything central. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Maybe a roomier bar area for just a drink would have been nice, but honestly there’s nothing else I can think of. It was such a great experience all round.

The location was perfect. The decor is stunning. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful; nothing was too much for them, and they even helped book restaurant recommendations. The bed was super comfortable. We had a room overlooking the square and the nightlife was very active in the area—music and people were out until the early hours on a few nights, but it didn’t interfere with our stay.

The room was really small for the price, and the window faced a small dark courtyard. For a thousand euros a night in September, which isn’t peak season, I expected something much nicer.
