The staff were friendly and the people at the hotel were welcoming; we would stay again. Nothing was lacking—everything was awesome.

The air‑conditioner in the room was very loud. The door opens to the outside, so anyone can see when you enter or leave, which is a security issue. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.

It was close to everything we needed, and very clean, but the curb appeal wasn't great.

The location was good, check‑in was quick, and the rooms were clean—really good for the price. The only drawback was the door insulation; car noise could be heard, so people who sleep badly might find it unpleasant, but we had no issue.

The location was close to the Opry, and the shuttle bus to the Opry was very convenient.
