The location in Hanoi’s heart is fantastic, and the staff are wonderfully welcoming and attentive, especially Lara who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room had character and charm, a lovely balcony, and great city views. I spent an afternoon working on the breezy balcony while watching Hanoi’s rhythm unfold below—a memorable moment. The hotel is a wonderful place to relax and soak up the atmosphere, and the staff are undoubtedly the greatest asset. I’m a bit picky, but some shared areas—particularly the lift and the restaurant’s serviette holders—could use a bit more cleanliness. These minor details could be easily fixed and didn’t detract from an otherwise wonderful stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel I’d happily return to!
