I booked this room because of its prime spot, very central, roomy and clean. What threw me off was that even though we asked for a baby cot for our 2‑year‑old, it wasn’t provided, and despite booking for four people, the sofa bed wasn’t set up; we were told we’d have to arrange it ourselves. The location, convenience and tidiness were great, but the rest left us disappointed.

The place sits right in the heart of Assisi, and the room was spacious, spotless, with a lovely shower. We were very happy, and the owner was friendly, helpful, and professional.

The spot is great, the double bed super comfy, and the shower is nice. The third and fourth beds, plus the sofa bed, aren’t as high as the double.
