The hostel’s communication was straightforward, answering questions and fixing a key issue. Though it’s far from the train station, it’s easy to locate and offers the advertised amenities. The room on the 4th floor had no elevator and the stairs were narrow, making it hard to move luggage up and down. It was a bit cramped for four people, had some grime on the walls and tub, and the beds were somewhat uncomfortable; pillow covers weren’t fully clean. We only had one roll of toilet paper for four people (three days), and there was no wardrobe to store clothes or belongings.

Location. The room was in poor condition: a plug didn’t charge, the air conditioner was barely noticeable, and we kept sweating despite the temperature. A person with low blood pressure was with us and we were not allowed to enter the “portal/hall” to sit and at least shield ourselves from the heat. We had to pay an extra 20€ to enter the room early. We walked four floors to the room while carrying a sick person. Ants were in our room.

I spent a day with my family here and it turns out to be a decent hostel for the price, clean and cozy, though the location could be better.
