Housekeeper Mammatha did a good job, yet the food was inconsistent and the receptionist was rude and dishonest; all staff appeared tired, rarely greeted us, and only said hello after we smiled; everyone seemed in a sad mood, the linen towels were old and worn, and we had to ask for complimentary water bottles every day until the end of our 5th night, leaving us tired of everything and reflecting overall poor management.

I paid almost 5k for a double room, and there was no free breakfast; I nearly spent 25k for five rooms, and the hotel is far from the main centre. The rooms themselves were fine.

The hotel was perfect in every way, except that the food stopped being available after 9 PM.
