“Mala atención sin respetar reserva y tocó pagar desayuno ya incluido”

Everything was normal, but I booked for two adults and a child on a double and single bed. Upon arrival the front‑desk staff told me only single beds were available and I showed the reservation. After arguing, they found a room with a double and a single but claimed there was breakfast for adults but NO BREAKFAST FOR THE CHILD, even though we had booked breakfast. It was outrageous that a reservation would have to change conditions, and they implied my rate was low and the hotel was worth more, undermining the promotions. The next day I had to pay for an extra breakfast.
