“Accueil excellent, A recommander !”
We stayed six nights at Trullo di Querciolo from 18 to 24 September 2026 and were delighted. Aldo, the owner, is the perfect host: very discreet yet attentive, always asking what would make us happy, like “Would you like anything extra for breakfast?” and the next day we were treated to three local cheeses. After our day trips he offered coffee at the pool, and in the evenings he served wine or spritz he made himself, always adding a few small appetizer cakes. He gladly gives advice on restaurants, tours, and local products in fluent French. The trullo’s location in the heart of the Itria Valley, the excellent breakfast on the terrace overlooking the olive trees and surrounding trulli, the lovely pool, and the quiet, comfortable rooms after walks made for a fantastic stay.
