The place was dirty and the beds were so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep; overall, nothing was kept in good condition. I also didn't get any tea or coffee service during my stay.

“Very disappointing Experience”

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was a very disappointing experience. The actual condition of the hotel was quite different from what was shown in the pictures. Main issues I faced were: 1) The toilets were not clean and were not functioning properly. 2) There was no hot water, despite the property having a geyser. 3) TV was not working. 4) There was no proper housekeeping staff. 5)The staff were not friendly or welcoming. 6) Most important property looked completely different from the pictures advertised online. Overall, this was a very poor experience and did not meet the basic expectations for comfortable stay

“Ok ok ..but last day staff misbehaved with one of my guest he was angry and left the location”

The ambience, room, and location were good, yet the staff kept interfering with guests who came to visit me during my stay.

“Unfit for family stay”

Nothing much was good, but maintenance was very poor: the bedsheets were soiled and dirty, and I had to follow up several times before they were changed. There were no basic facilities like soap in the bathroom, the TV didn’t work in any of the rooms, the drinking water wasn’t good, and the staff were not responsive enough.
