“Excelente”
We loved it, the place was great and the location was excellent.
“Calidad y calidez en el servicio”
The service was good.
“Relajante y agradable”
The location, staff, cleanliness, and large room were all great; we were celebrating an anniversary and they surprised us nicely, and the staff were very friendly. The pool was a bit cold, but we still enjoyed it.
Everything was fine—rooms were spacious and everything was very clean. The only downside was that we weren’t allowed into the pool because it was under maintenance. I’d like them to note that in the reservations. That was the only bad part.
