The location. There is no AC control in the rooms, and the AC was extremely cold. We left the next day with severe headaches.

The location is great and close to restaurants, cafés, and children’s playgrounds. The room is clean, spacious, and fully equipped. All staff are helpful and courteous, and parking is excellent. However, there’s no kids’ pool, no in‑hotel restaurant for guests especially at breakfast, and no gym.

The place is in the middle of restaurants and cafés.

The apartment rooms are clean and the furniture is new. There’s moisture in the kitchen caused by a leak in the oven duct.
