The Outlet Hotel

“Man kann es auswählen, wenn sonst nichts in der Gegend zu haben ist, aber die 4Sterne sucht man vergebens.”

The place is easily reachable and centrally located, but the parking is a nightmare with the stacked parking spaces and it’s also a mess. We had to ask three times about a bill for a company and there was total chaos at the start with the data, which we also had to provide three times to get a correct invoice. The price‑performance ratio also did not fit at that time.

The location is very good, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious – top as always.

“Toll wie immer”

I’ve stayed here multiple times and every visit has been great, nothing to complain about.

“Not the best location to stay in Metzingen”

The hotel’s new, tidy rooms and central spot in Metzingen are solid, plus the shower’s pressure is impressive. Still, it’s far from a 4‑star place—probably a 3‑star at best. Breakfast lacked variety, some fruit was spoiled, and the dining room was cramped. On the third floor there was a sharp, paint‑like odor that seeped into the room, and the room had no AC, just a fan that didn’t cut it when the outside temperature hit 30 °C.
