“Totalna klapa i duże rozczarowanie - nie tak powinien wyglądać pobyt...”
Self‑check‑in with a keybox was convenient. Unfortunately, the lack of on‑site staff becomes a problem when help is needed. In the matter of a second sleeping area and bedding, our two phones received no reply. The property called back only after 4 hours, which we noticed later. The building has 3 shared bathrooms, one on each level, which might seem like a plus for 9 rooms on paper. The lower bathroom had a toilet and sink with a broken tap lever, making it hard to use and causing guests to avoid it. As a result, long queues formed in the morning and evening. One had to wait until someone left before entering. The middle bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink, bathtub, and shower, had a shelf whose shelves were heavily dusty. The attic had a toilet, sink, and bathtub. Moreover, each level had only one roll of toilet paper, which with 9 rooms and that many guests was a misunderstanding and guests had to buy their own. The plus was the external blinds in the room and bathrooms. The kitchenette on the floor was a useful amenity, though poorly equipped. The presence of a fridge could also be a plus if you could safely store your items until the end of your stay. Parking directly at the property is a plus, though there are roughly only 3‑4 spots for cars. Prior to arrival, the property’s instructions also indicated the possibility of parking on Puszkina Street. They detailed waste segregation, including bag colors, types of trash, and many other rules. They also mentioned police intervention for non‑compliance with the no‑smoking, noise, and party bans: “IF NOT RESPECTED WE CALL THE POLICE.” It was even more surprising that there was no information about emptying the fridge before the official checkout time. On the two nights we booked a “Double Room with 1 or 2 beds and a shared bathroom” because we needed two separate sleeping places. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find only a sofa. Attempts to call the property were futile, so we were left alone with the problem. To create two sleeping places, we had to take a mattress out of the sofa and place it next to it. These were not normal sleeping places, because the mattress and folded sofa were too small for comfortable sleep. Additionally, despite booking for 2 people, only one set of bedding (pillow, duvet, sheet) and one towel were prepared. Our room was very poorly cleaned, as seen in the photos. Old dust and dirt were visible everywhere, and large dust clumps lay on the floor. The lower shelf of the table was so dirty that when I put my phone there, I immediately felt unpleasant particles resembling sand. In the harsh light of a flashlight, a solid layer of dust and grime appeared. On Sunday, I fell asleep early in the morning. Unfortunately, around 09:10, before the alarm and despite timers, I was awakened by loud vacuuming in the kitchen, which opened from our room, even though checkout was at 10:00. After a few minutes, still lying down, I heard someone emptying the fridge right next to our door. We stored in it a tied shopping bag with quick breakfast items, including bread, butter, eggs, and a drink. For the previous 2 days, no one had touched it. At 09:20, I left the room and saw the fridge completely empty, and our items were gone. There was no prior warning about emptying the fridge or any information on it. When we asked, the cleaning staff brought a bag similar to ours, but with completely different contents. It was a non‑commercial Sunday, so we couldn’t buy new breakfast items. Emptying the fridge without any warning and almost an hour before checkout left a huge unpleasant taste after the stay.
