The location and attached water park were great, but the carpet in our room was pretty dirty; some white frosting fell, and when we wiped it with a rag it turned black.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and I liked it all.

The location was excellent for visiting the Black Hills and for easy access to the airport, but the beds were too soft and had a “roll to the middle” effect, and we didn’t like that the bathroom fan had no off button.

The rooms were nice, yet breakfast ran out of eggs 45 min before it finished, and they said they wouldn’t bring more; they only returned 20 min later, and for the hotel’s price I expected better quality, plus the food was cold.
