The air conditioning, location, and furnishings were just right, and the check‑in process went smoothly. The only downside was a faint scent of cold smoke.

After landing we rented a car and reached the place in just a few minutes. The parking is spacious (blue lines) and everything we need—bar, restaurants, supermarket—is within walking distance. The room isn’t a typical hotel room; it’s a real mini‑apartment with all the essentials. The only issues were a slightly noisy bedroom and a bit of peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, but otherwise it was very functional. The location is great for walking to the nearby center and for driving. Poetto beach is almost next door, 8 km away, with great aperitifs. From the property we can easily head to farther destinations and return comfortably in the evening.
