Everything was perfect.
“Disappointing stay with poor lighting and safety concerns”
Nothing really stood out positively. Our stay at this property was highly disappointing, and the room didn’t look exactly like the pictures advertised. The freshness was missing because of old furnishings. The room was a bit dark with sub‑par lighting. Because it was on the ground floor, we couldn’t open the window blinds at all, as anyone walking by outside could see directly into our room, leaving us with zero privacy. There was no professional staff at the reception desk during our stay. When we arrived, a man was sitting right next to the main entrance drinking beer and smoking; by the evening he was joined by two other men. All three were hanging out, drinking, and smoking right by the entrance, creating a very uncomfortable, unsafe, and weird vibe. The overall atmosphere of the property gave off very bad energy. Fortunately, we had only booked this accommodation for a single night. I would not recommend this place if you value privacy, comfort, or a professional environment. I hope the management rectifies these conditions and makes it guest friendly soon.
