Each room features a bathtub-equipped bathroom with hairdryer, toothbrushes, and free toiletries. The hotel is a minute's walk from Mukohara Station and 7 minutes from JR Otsuka Train Station on the Yamanote Line, with easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya in 20 minutes by train.

The kitchen and microwave were available, but during both nights of my two‑night stay, foreigners and Japanese in nearby rooms kept making noise until midnight, so I couldn’t sleep at all. The elevator lacked card security, letting non‑guests in freely, which probably explains the noise. What should have been a relaxing hotel turned into a source of stress. On top of that, the price was extremely high, probably because of Halloween, and I will never use this chain again.

Everything was great, but the room was very humid and the dampness wouldn’t go away—especially after a shower—which left a bad odor; this is especially problematic for anyone with sinusitis.

It’s a nice budget hotel; the bed was comfortable and they supplied everything you need. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and they even let me check in early, which was a big plus for what I paid. The only drawback is the location: it’s about a 10‑minute walk from Sunshine Prince Hotel, so carrying heavy luggage was a bit of a trek, and it’s also 20‑25 minutes on foot from Ikebukuro station. The closest station is Otsuka, 7‑10 minutes away, but after a long day you have to walk uphill from Otsuka station back to the hotel.

The microwave was very convenient. The elevator was sometimes slow to arrive, which was annoying.
