“Місце гарне, територія та будиночки дійсно приємні, чисті й атмосферні. Але, на нашу думку, сервіс і організація деяких”
The property overall has a pleasant setting in a forest with beautiful nature and quiet. The cabins are separate, spacious, clean, and stylishly designed, each with its own terrace, table, and chairs. Those aspects left the best impression. However, there are many issues to consider before booking. The apartments lack cookware for cooking, no microwave, the fridge is very small, slippers are missing even though listed, the shower cabin has no shelf for shampoo or other items, and there is no hair dryer. Also, our cabin had no face towels—only two bath towels. If you need dishes, you can get them at reception; that’s fine. But if you plan to bring and cook or reheat food yourself, know that the cabin practically has nothing for that. Since there’s no restaurant on site, many guests bring their own food and use the barbecues, but there are only four, and at full occupancy they’re clearly insufficient. We tried to grill meat around 18:00, but all barbecues were taken. We had to wait until about 20:00. We grilled vegetables, skewers, and wanted steaks, but the wood ran out and an employee handed the man a axe and more wood to chop it himself. It was already dark, so we couldn’t finish cooking some meat properly. It would help to have a barbecue per cabin. There are two pools: a deeper one and a small framed one. The deeper pool is for guests attending a banquet or just a day by the pool. For cabin guests, the framed pool is available but shallow. Loungers exist but lack mattresses, so lying on them is uncomfortable. Separate towels for the pool loungers are provided, which is a plus. Breakfast is included in the stay price, but expectations and reality differ somewhat. They offer a choice of one of three dishes. We chose pancakes with chicken and potato pancakes. The pancake portion is three pancakes, heavily covered in teriyaki sauce, plus sour cream. The potato pancakes are two small ones, also drenched in teriyaki, three thin tomato slices, and a bit of something else. Can a man eat two potato pancakes? That’s the question. Coffee is extra, so I recommend bringing extra food for breakfast.
