The location was great. Everything was very good.

The hotel is on a peaceful street and we could check in very late. The lady at reception was friendly. The shower had hot water. The sheets had hair on them, but when I reported it immediately she gave me clean ones. That still put me off the place in general, finding other people’s hair in the bed. The bed was not that comfy either. The breakfast was dreadful in my opinion. It was served in takeaway polystyrene boxes that had clearly sat there for some time before we came for breakfast. The contents were not in any way tasty. It would be better to offer a continental breakfast of bread and coffee rather than a very poor cooked breakfast.

The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive, but the TVs don't work. As a worker, I would like better connectivity when I arrive after a long workday so I can watch TV and improve the connectivity.

The location, room, and bathroom were clean, but checking out early was a bit difficult because the staff took a while to open the door.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood—so quiet, in fact, it’s almost residential with almost no commerce. The person who did my check‑in wasn’t very friendly. The room doors didn’t close well, the air conditioning leaked everywhere, and the lights went out, leaving the whole neighborhood in darkness.
