The shuttle arrived on time and was handy. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and had everything I needed, and the bathroom was clean.

The front desk was nice and helpful; they lent us pliers to fix a broken suitcase zipper just before we headed out on an international flight. Paying to park in a large open lot feels unnecessary.

The information sheet I got at check‑in said that for extended stays they do “light housekeeping” on day 3 and full cleaning on day 7, but housekeeping never came at all during my 8‑night stay. I had to ask for clean towels and chase a housekeeper for toilet paper. The mattress was old, lumpy, and tilted so my feet were higher than my head; I only slept because I was exhausted. The hallways were dimly lit and looked grungy, and every time I entered the building it smelled like weed. If I could have gotten a refund I would have left after the first night. I could keep listing problems; it was just a bad experience.
