The hotel’s location is very good. I didn’t like the service; the customer care leaves a lot to be desired.

The place is small and comfortable. It does not have hot water.

The place is clean. Hot water is available. Blankets are provided for the cold. If you’re two or more people, you can request extra towels. The young staff member who attended us was very polite and attentive. There is a microwave to heat food. Not all staff are eager to help; we asked for a cup to heat our coffee and they wanted to send us to a neighboring hotel for a cup. “Excuse me, we don’t have one,” was all they said.
