“Schönes kleines Hotel für ein kleineres Budget”

Breakfast was excellent, the location was great, and the parking was cheap – everything was really top. The staff were friendly and spoke several languages. The room had good climate control, which isn’t common at that price. The hallways were a bit dark, the stairs were very narrow, and the chairs in the breakfast area were not great; the room felt a bit cramped when the hotel was full, but we managed fine.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic — only a few minutes’ walk to the city centre, with everything close by. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we would happily come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Un hôtel bien situé au centre de Bourg la Reine, proche du RER B”

Located in the centre of Bourg la Reine, this hotel is very convenient for a short stay because the RER B is within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The reception was disappointing. The person who was there (or should have been there) seemed ill-suited for the job. Customer relations were lacking. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. The person in charge of housekeeping told us the receptionist would arrive in 15 minutes. When she finally came, we sensed her smile was forced. We knew rooms weren’t available before 14:00, but we just wanted to drop our two small suitcases at the luggage room. She didn’t ask what we wanted. We mentioned we had requested a room with two separate beds (and not a large bed). Maybe I ticked the wrong box when booking. It’s possible. We told her we actually wanted a large bed, but in the end it didn’t matter. She said “you know I’m for the peace of the housekeeping.” But that didn’t matter to us! Her remarks and rude words (“shit, what did they do with the check‑in?” “I was on vacation for four days and they changed a lot of things”) made us feel unwelcomed. She tried to see if a room was available before 14:00 (which is fine) but instead of going up the stairs she said “I’m too lazy, why move?” That’s what you say to guests. She then called someone. We were able to get a room before 14:00. That was good. We didn’t ask for anything else. It was mainly the way she spoke and addressed us that felt forced and unpleasant. The night before our departure we asked to settle the bill to avoid wasting time the next morning. She said “you know I’m here from 8 am to 8 pm, so we can do that tomorrow.” No. We wanted to pay now for more convenience.
