Tabor - Apartments Rozmanova Street

The location was excellent, just two blocks from the Ljubljanica and a short walk to the bus station. We arrived and there was no Wi‑Fi because the router was broken, so I contacted the host and the next day everything was fixed with a new router in the room. I had a problem with the room key and he resolved it immediately with great attitude. He was always super friendly. The room had a faint odor because the windows couldn’t be opened much. There was no floor cleaner, only a mop that soaked more than it dried. One day the fridge door was poorly closed and we had to throw away our food. A seal replacement or check would prevent having to force the door to stay shut.

We didn’t like anything. The room’s cleanliness was completely lacking; the place was very dirty with many cobwebs and spiders. The host offered a solution that we didn’t accept and didn’t inform us until we asked, so we had to find another place. We tried contacting customer service several times, but the host didn’t reply, so nothing was resolved.
