The room was spacious and spotless, the front desk was helpful, and the girls enjoyed the wide selection of cakes at breakfast. The party downstairs in the hall/restaurant was pretty noisy, but the music stopped early, so it wasn’t a big deal for us.

The kids loved the trampoline and the garden area, but the breakfast was very limited, missing many items and still had leftovers from the previous night; towels weren’t changed regularly, the staff were unwelcoming and not bilingual.

The hotel clearly has gone through a golden age and has many aesthetic and functional flaws, yet the cleanliness is good, the food is excellent, the rooms are spacious and warm, the service is fantastic, and the location is very good.
