The room was comfortable, but the breakfast was not impressive; for the room price I expected better quality, and both the food and service were poor. For a four‑ or five‑star hotel, this breakfast is only two stars.

Everything was good, and there was nothing negative.

The hotel was clean with nice rooms, but there was a bad smell coming from the wood in the furniture. They changed the room, yet another light odor appeared in the new room.

The Italian restaurant at Concorde El Salam was a humiliating disappointment; I felt singled out because of my race, and the service seemed unequal—some guests got free bread and better attention while I was left feeling that hospitality depended on how much they expected to tip. The food was undercooked and crackers were served in a drinking‑water glass. Over the past three years I’ve written more than 63 reviews praising this hotel’s facilities, so this experience is especially upsetting. I cannot recommend this restaurant and would give it less than one star if I could.

The rooms were clean enough and the staff were friendly, but the room carried a noticeable odor, the AC made a lot of noise and its vent couldn't be angled, the shower door was missing, the lobby air freshener was overpowering, and the main power plug next to the bed was non‑functional.
