The only positive was the welcome from Mrs. Claudia, but the room was old, the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep, the bathroom was tiny, stinky, and had no window for ventilation, so we left the room in the middle of the night because it was impossible to sleep—don’t go there.

As an asthmatic allergic to mold, I spent the night sleepless with a swollen throat and nose, asthmatic cough and itching all over, and I will never return; on top of that the hotel sent me an email asking for compensation for broken chairs that were already broken when we arrived, and Mrs. Teresa even pointed them out to us upon arrival, telling us how previous guests had worn them out—what a poorly executed scam!

We were greeted at 21.30 by a lovely lady, but the apartment has no windows, the sound insulation is very weak, and the door in the shower cabin is broken.

There was no breakfast and no parking, which I had flagged on Booking, and they even charged an extra fee for the private bathroom, another filter I had set on Booking during my search. The room smelled like a closed space and the whole building had a bad odor, and the bathroom conditions were terrible.
