“Pas de possibilité de dormir sur place : hotel fermé”
The place was closed for renovations, so we had to find alternative accommodation.
The rooms were spacious with a clean mattress, the bathrooms were spotless, and the meals tasted great.
“Absolutely great stay with exceptionally helpful staff. Definitely value for money!”
The location was super convenient and the staff were extremely helpful, but the Wi‑Fi could use some signal strength improvements.
“Customer service and communication was poor”
I never even got inside the property. I arrived at night, was told I couldn’t stay, and that was a major hassle after a five‑hour journey, forcing me to hunt for another place.
