The hotel sits right in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from restaurants and shops, and the breakfast spread is varied and tasty. However, the place really needs a renovation, especially the furniture in the rooms, and parking is scarce both in front of the hotel and on its courtyard. There’s no pool, and the spa falls short of a true four‑star experience. The massage therapist, an Indian, tried to upsell me a 63‑euro, 50‑minute full‑body relaxation session, but then insisted I could only get a 2‑hour, 130‑euro package with hot stones and heat. I only wanted a simple full‑body massage from toes to head, like what any respectable four‑star spa offers, not his pricey package. It was a huge disappointment.

The location is fine, but the room is awful—everything is old. I chose this hotel based on reviews, yet everything feels outdated. There are no slippers, no shampoo, and no hair balm. This place doesn’t justify the price.

Very nice hotel, right in the city centre, very clean. I usually stay at my in‑laws’ place during visits, but this time I wanted to stay in the city and explore local shops and restaurants to improve my Moldova language. I would definitely book here again. Everything was great, just wish there’d be an Irish flag outside with the other flags one day 😉

The location is good. The room was supposed to have a balcony, but it was really just a large window with a security grille, so it wasn’t a balcony at all. The manager insisted it was a balcony and, even after I asked for a solution, offered nothing. Breakfast was monotonous and very weak.
