The staff were fantastic, easy to talk to, and the check‑in was a breeze. They even have a lovable dog named Bromo who sticks to the hallway and only wants belly rubs. I only stayed for one night, but I’ll come back. I tried to arrange a shuttle via WhatsApp many times but never received a reply, so I had to take an airport taxi, which ended up costing more than my stay. Aside from that, the value was great.

Every staff member was terrific and very helpful. The breakfast, dinner, and lunch were all good with no complaints. The gardens were a beautiful place to relax. Jelly was tremendously helpful. Nothing to add.

The hotel sits in the middle of nature and is close to the airport. The food felt pricey for what it was.
