Pension Mova

“Se ajustan a su oferta. Habitación para descansar, aseada y cómoda”

The location is fantastic and the staff gave us great service, making check‑in and check‑out as smooth as possible. Honest and friendly treatment. The stay was satisfactory and peaceful. The common areas are a bit old‑fashioned.

A cheap spot if you need to spend a night. It’s very simple but good enough for sleeping.

“Cumple con todo lo que se le puede pedir por este precio”

The pension meets everything you could ask for at that price: a decent bed, a shower with hot water, a bar of soap, and clean towels. The stay was very clean and the staff were helpful. They even lent me a iron.

“3B , Recomendable.”

The pension was well‑located, the staff attentive, and the cleaning service excellent; sleeping with the window open on a high floor was a delight, and thermal curtains kept the room cool all day despite the street heat. The tram was just a few meters away, making city exploration easy, even on foot. However, the parking was terrible—yellow zones everywhere, no paid spots nearby, which isn’t the pension’s fault but worth noting in the app info. Santa Cruz is generally a parking nightmare, and a small wall‑mounted TV would have been a nice addition.

“Don't reccommend, low standards.”

The front desk guy was friendly and let me in a bit early, which is better than the 17:00 check‑in. The room was clean and close to the city centre, but it faced indoors rather than the road, had intermittent bad odors, was hot, and the small fan made noise. Low water pressure made showers hard, there was no fridge, TV, or elevator to the fourth floor, so I spent more on outside dining and avoided staying inside. It wasn’t a pleasant experience; I wouldn’t recommend it, maybe just for a single night, and it needs more care and upgrades.
