The staff were kind. Check‑in was scheduled for 1 p.m., but the hotel said it was 2 p.m., so I waited another hour. At 2 p.m. my room still wasn’t ready, so the staff gave me a bottle of water while I waited in the lobby. Later they said they’d already given me the water and couldn’t bring it to my room. My room was right next to the lobby, so the noise was too loud for a good sleep. The location wasn’t great either.

It was difficult to pay by card; they asked me to pay with cash. The rooms had an odor.
