The place was modern and in a great location, but I don’t know how it was lived in because I didn’t stay. The property wasn’t ready on time to hand over the apartment, and there was a hot‑water failure, so I wanted to cancel the reservation for free, but neither the owner nor Booking felt inclined to refund me.

The location was perfect, five minutes from Archeopark and the station. The view and square were beautiful. The gentleman who hosted us was very nice. Warm water did not flow, and the owner simply didn’t address it. A cracked plank means you have to be careful. Overall, the owners should occasionally check the room and fix a few issues. The real problem was the shower stairs – it’s really unsafe, slippery, so be careful. There’s no cupboard, Wi‑Fi and air‑conditioning are very weak. For 120€ per night I expected more.

Everything and Everyone were fantastic and lovely. There was only 2 negatives, poor WIFI, and no cupboard or drawers to put away your clothes

The apartment was spacious and cozy, and the location right next to the town square was perfect. The bed felt comfortable, and the owner replied to every WhatsApp question almost instantly. I would have appreciated clearer instructions for the hot tub when I arrived. The shower seal was broken, causing water to splash onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was simple—just coffee and a croissant—and it arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time on the first morning. On the second morning, we were woken up by a delivery person banging on the door 40 minutes early, which was quite irritating. The monkey‑themed décor felt a little odd and not very Italian, but flipping the figures to face the wall helped a bit.
