Overall the hotel was good. The deluxe rooms with a view are smaller than the superior rooms without a view. In the deluxe rooms with 8‑9 people it gets hot from the sun that starts beating down. The smart TVs have a glare; you can watch but there’s a slight wash‑out at the edge, a common issue. Air‑conditioners in different rooms vary in effectiveness. Card payment without a fee is possible. The staff range from normal to friendly. There’s a roof pool, but I wouldn’t say it’s clean; the view is beautiful.

The place wasn’t anything special, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired – the walls were covered in stains and the sheets weren’t any better, plus the beach was far away, so I had to demand that both rooms be changed.

The hotel is in the city center, but that's where the perks end. The room is tiny—there's barely room for a suitcase, let alone a person. The space consists of a bed and a narrow area around it that’s hard to move through. The wardrobe is only 20 cm deep. A couple of T‑shirts might fit, but a suitcase (even carry‑on) can barely fit in the shower. (This isn’t a joke. Suitcases were near the toilet.) I booked the room for a week while looking for a long‑term apartment, but left after two days despite having paid for a week. It was awful; even a couple of days there was hard to endure, and I can’t imagine how unpleasant it would be to stay there on vacation. The staff were friendly and professional, and the cleaning was fine. The size is the only issue. I’ve never seen a place like this before. Look for something better; there are many great inexpensive hotels in Nha Trang within this price range.
